- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing for service, repairs or maintenance is flat rate unless quoted. Our quoted work is tailored to each specific scope of work. Currently there is rebate incentive money available for heat pump/electrification upgrades but that money is diminishing. Act fast to take advantage before it's gone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the needs of the client. For service, repairs or maintenance we typically have a response rate of 48 hours or less. For installations we can perform a job walk/site assessment within 48 hours and generally have pricing for your project within 24-48 hours depending on the scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us here at Comfort Response Team are up to date on all the latest industry training. Everything from building efficiency to duct design and industry best practices. We are constantly needing to stay trained to keep up with the ever evolving HVAC trade, CA building requirements and CA efficiency measures.
