- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- A 💲200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking，the remaining balance is due on the day of the session. -If a rescheduling is required, kindly inform us with at least 48 hours notice. -Timely arrival is mandatory.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1: Clarify Exceptions&Quotations: Clearly define the scope of the session, including the type of the session, location, duration, and any specific requirements you many have. A quotation will be offered upon your request shortly. 2:Contract Agreement: Once you are agree to the terms, we will create a contract that includes payment details, project timeline, and any other relevant terms Both parties should review and sign the contract. A 💲200 non-refundable deposit is due at the contract day. 3:Photo shooting day: Carry out the photo shoot according to the agreed-upon plan. I will arrive at least 60 mins before the session time. 4:Post Production&Delivery: Retouched photos will delivered by GoogleDrive to you within 7 days. We specialize in natural retouching that enhances your genuine appearance, this includes a refreshed, healthy, well-groomed , and perhaps a subtle reduction in the appearance of age without alerting your skin tone. Each image can undergo up to 2 rounds of retouching, although in most cases, one rounds suffices.
