- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable given the amount of sessions up front each individual purchases. Discounts will apply if you purchase a program and train on a monthly basis rather than a per session payment. Payment per session training rates will remain at the same rate of the given Quote. I pride myself on the quality of each training session and tend to each individual's needs rather than the "One size fits all workout plan" mentality where at times can be less expensive than the way I generally run my sessions, but remember you are paying for quality over anything else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(1) Perform an initial assessment to test mobility, functionality, and agility all tailored to the individual's age, physical condition, and goals. 2) Collect information from the client to create an extensive monthly training program tailored to each individual's specific goals ranging from better functional movements to weight loss and muscle gain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at Equinox as a Personal Coach/Trainer for 3 years and took anatomy classes to better my training techniques. I also currently am certified in NASM & NCSF (top elite training certifications). I train to create a healthy lifestyle for each individual. In addition to my training, my background of being a four sport athlete in high school has led me incorporating health and fitness within my lifestyle.
