I just finished my fourth session with Jonny...although I call him Jon now. Jon was ready to get to work from the moment I reached out. He promptly set up an intro call to go over my background and my fitness goals. We meshed quickly on style. I'm a 44 year-old moderately in shape man who wants to partially return to my 20s gym days. Instead of benching heavy weight, I want to build lean muscle through more body resistance training. Jon said this is the way he works out personally. Apparently, now that I know him, all Jon wants to do is various forms of planks so this was a good fit. Jon comes to my home gym twice a week. He's easy to work with. Conversation about exercise is great. He corrects my form regularly. He's quick with the compliments. Moreover, personal conversation is easy. Jon is just a good dude. You can feel it. He mixes up the routine with a few core staples like the aforementioned planks and "the world's greatest stretch". I leave the workout sore but not too sore. Lots of focus on core. Post workout Jon stretches me out. He has already set some flexibility and balance goals for me. I'll definitely continue using Jon as long as he does this.

Jon is a very consistent trainer, he makes working out very enjoyable and fun, while also keeping it professional. He has taught me so many things about getting in shape. I’ve been working with Jon three times a week for just over a year now and I have made enormous progress in how I look. Highly recommend Jon and his workout experience!

Working out with Jon has been a great experience. He is very knowledgeable when creating a workout plan that is customized for your goals. He also offers modifications depending where your fitness level is and how you are feeling that day. He is also super positive and kind — so it is easy and fun to workout with him.
