Gary is an amazing trainer! He’s super motivating and will get you the results you want. He listens to your goals, keeps track of your progress and switches up the workouts so you never get bored. I do a mix of conditioning and weight training to help with my tennis game and it’s definitely made an impact. He’s very professional, polite and you can tell he really cares. He has a semi private space with all the equipment you need and it’s super clean and new. I always feel great after a workout with Gary!

Working out with Gary kicked my booty! I trained with Gary during a dark time in my life and my workouts were slipping. Gary kindly took me under his wing and helped me get into great shape. He has a knack for solid, body changing workouts and insights. On top of his fitness expertise, he's friendly, thoughtful, and professional. Gary has a positive outlook on just about everything. I enjoyed our time many workouts together and consider him a friend. Hire Gary if you need beginner, intermediate, or even help as a long-time fitness connoisseur.

Gary not only improved my physical ability, but also my mentality. I've been working out about four days per week for over 20 years and I really thought I knew what I was doing. After hitting a plateau, I started working with Gary and his programs have directly made me stronger, more agile, and I'm able to hit explosive movement easily. He is the only trainer I know that can get me sweating and exhausted in just 15 mins of working out with him; and he ensures your forms and the resistance is perfect for your goals. Even after all this, he reminds you of how much of a champion you actually are - which improves confidence and mentality. I highly recommend Gary as a trainer! Just get ready to work hard!
