- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you're feeling pretty good in your mind and body but just have some clarifying questions you'd like a health professional to answer, then try my 45-minute refresh session for just $75. This is great to get more information on specific topics like maximizing sleep, different forms of meditation and relaxation techniques, or the fundamentals of healthy eating. It's short, sweet, one and done. (Limit one per person.) If you're looking to create greater change in your life, then start by setting up a free 20-minute discovery call with me so I can learn about your goals and see if my coaching is a good fit for you. If it's a fit, I have package pricing where you can save on each session. I work with women on a monthly basis. We meet via Zoom with call recaps and next steps after each session. You have email access to me for additional support, questions, and of course, that all-important accountability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we go through the initial discovery call and we both agree that it's a good fit, then we get to work. We work to create a plan to bring in all that you want. I help you actually implement new habits so you can learn how to stay healthy for life. It's a personalized plan created just for you and can be modified along the way. We get to the root of any issues so you can make lasting change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Transformational Health & Nutrition Coach, Life Coach, as well as a Certified Meditation Teacher. I also have Specialist Coaching Certificates in Hormonal Health, Autoimmune Disease, and Digestive Health. I'm a professional cooking school graduate. I've studied yoga, meditation, and human behavior for over 25 years and know that it takes a combination of healing practices to be truly healthy and energetic.
