Emmanuel, the owner, and his workers are great from start to finish. He furnished a written bid, committed to a start date, asked for a reasonable deposit. He's committed to staying in contact during the project.
I had a 35+ y/o deck that needed replacing, and some dry wall work. Even with material delivery delays (Lowe's fault), Emmanuel finished the job on the committed date. The deck looks new, and all work was done with craftsman quality. He kept the work site clean and tidy. Using New Era gave me hope again in dealing with contractors.

Emmanuel did a beautiful job repairing my tile steps. He took the added time to drive to several places to find a tile that complimented the existing tile that has been discontinued. His work tied it in so perfectly that I can’t tell the old ones from the new. He was very pleasant to work with and communicated during the process. He was neat while doing the job, cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy with the results. I would highly recommend him.
