Alex ApplianceService responded to my message on a Sunday! Was at my home Monday morning! Service person was polite and professional. My washer was possibly repairable with a new panel. However, after weighing the pros and cons of repairing and the age of the machine I decided to purchase a new machine. Thank you for coming out so promptly!

In Lompoc being a small town not many choices are available and customer service seems non existing! Alex was a God send!, punctual and very knowledgeable on fixing our Maytag washer n dryer! 5 stars to him for sure!
