Minister Hayne responded to my inquiry almost immediately and I could not have been happier that she did. She put together a great ceremony only a couple of weeks before the wedding, was very communicative and receptive throughout the process. The ceremony hit on all that we wanted to include and was injected with a nice bit of lightheartedness and humor as well. She was prompt at both the reception and the ceremony, arriving even before her estimate. Anyone who is looking for an officiant in the Santa Cruz area couldn't do better.

Hayne is amazing and great to work with. She is warm, professional and her depth of experience opens doors to opportunities that might not be available to a less experienced service. (We eloped at a Winery that does not host weddings.)
She's the whole package - officiant, photographer, very flexible and budget friendly. She offers great resource suggestions which makes planning your special day so much easier.
Her photography is exceptional and available on line within 24 hours so you can share, print, etc., while the glow of the day is still fresh.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the most affordable elopement packages which include photography at no extra fee. I offer military discounts and will work with most budgets. I am flexible with dates, locations, times, and circumstances. I am known for going above and beyond to make your wedding day just as you envision if NOT better!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to chat by phone or zoom if a face to face meeting isn't possible.
I spend a fair amount of time getting to know my couples and their history. I
love hearing details of how they met and the proposal! I also gather a lot of info about their preferences and their families to customize the ceremony with a nice balance of emotion and lite humor. Romantic and heartfelt and meaningful ceremonies that will make all your guests feel included. Sometimes I met them at the venue and have a brief rehearsal. The nite before I text a reminder and on the wedding day I reconfirm I'm in route!
I arrive usually 30- 45 prior to the ceremony for photos and paperwork. The photo gallery delivered online in a fast turn around time of usually 24 hours
