I worked with Cindy for over five years in a classroom. I was the teacher and she was my aide. I would describe her as a quick learner and self starter. Cindy makes the most delicious homemade pasta I have ever had. It seems to melt in your mouth. Her fresh marinara sauce taste like it came right from the garden. Even if you are not a broccoli lover, Cindy knows how to prepare it so that it is tender/crisp with just the right amount of spice and olive oil--just like Grandma Lepore's!

Cindy is dependable, organized, professional, knows her ingredients and recipes, is committed to high quality in all aspects of what she does. Her food is always delicious and she is experienced prepping and cooking for all sizes and types of events, from small family dinners to catered events. She is truly passionate about her work, and this comes through in all she does. Yes, we are related, but I'm not writing this because she's my sister. I'm writing it because it's true.
