Hi everybody I'm Anna, i'm Italian and I live in California from 17 years. I have been teaching Italian for the past 11 years in private schools and to people of all ages. I’m currently teaching Italian in a private high school called “Palma” located in Salinas (CA) and in an adults school called “Dante Alighieri Society of Santa Cruz”. I teach Italian language to speak with confidence and clarity. I'm specialized in teaching grammar and I push my students to speak Italian as much as possible during the lesson in a friendly atmosphere. This is a great way to improve or learn Italian in a reasonable time frame. I offer special discounts for students, retired individuals and for people that are interested to buy packages of 10 lessons in advance. I love to travel, to teach and to cook Italian recipes for my friends and family!

Anna tutored my 14 year old son in introductory Italian before a trip to Italy with friends this summer. She was very thoughtful about structuring the curriculum to balance conversational and grammatical instruction. He really enjoyed meeting daily with her and demonstrated an understanding of the lessons. Anna was very flexible in finding time to meet with him and was always on time! Anna is truly a fantastic teacher. My wife and I have never been more enthralled in learning Italian together (and we have tried multiple times in the past but to no avail). Anna is a great judge of experience level, and adapts the program perfectly to ensure a quality learning experience that is both fun and progressive.
