My college roommate enlisted my help with finding a company to help remodel her bathroom and kitchen in the Felton, CA area as she wants the home to become an upscale Air BNB. I was referred to check out OCA Builders, I was greeted by a professional kind voice who quickly had us scheduled for a walk thru and estimate. Oren the owner of the company showed up the next day and helped map out a game plan and he truly on paper brought my friends dreams a reality. The quote came in under budget and work would start quickly, each day the crew showed up they were timely, respectful, and professional they also always cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess. Once the work was completed my friends vision was brought to life before her eyes, the newly installed island in the kitchen made it look so open and brought life to the space. The bathroom ended up gorgeous from the floor tiling to the stand up see thru shower with dual shower heads the design brought the look of luxury to the room. My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Beach Hill neighborhood of Santa Cruz.However, the home was in serious need of some TLC, but my wife and I found the views of the Pacific Ocean breath-taking and the home worth the trouble of fixing up.After almost a month of contacting different contractors and having them present to us the image they came up with once we were done describing exactly what we were looking for in the work that would be performed on our home, we didnt settle on Oca Builders of Santa Cruz; they literally floored us with their presentation.We chose porcelain and glazed ceramic tile as a backsplash in our kitchen, an island built in the middle, with open shelving, ceiling lights, and finished with neutral colors in the kitchen.For the bathroom, we went with all stainless steel and stone flooring.Throughout the home, my husband is just thrilled with the lighting fixtures throughout because thanks to the natural sunlight that comes in brightens up our home while the sun is out, when we do need to turn on the lights, were able to dim them to the minimal amount we need rather than one single-setting that normally is produced when a light switch has only on and off options.We still cant believe the fact that despite the modern touches and the high-quality of the material that was used throughout the home, the final price tag came in 15% below what we were willing to spend and were going to use the money that we saved to go on a cruise to celebrate our 25th anniversary this summer.Thank you so much Oca Builders for your professionalism and for turning our home into our dream home.Were forever grateful for your help.
