- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a phone call or, preferably, an in-person consultation to discuss your vision for the holiday decorations. During the consultation, we’ll walk through your property (or review photos if virtual) to discuss potential areas for lighting - roof, trees, pathways, and more. Once we finalize the design, I’ll provide a detailed estimate for labor involved. We’ll go over the installation timeline to ensure it fits your schedule. After installation, I’ll do a walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If you’d like, I can also handle the takedown after the holidays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience working on roofs from over 10 years of installing Christmas lights and holiday decorations. My hands-on knowledge includes safely navigating different types of roof surfaces and ensuring secure, damage-free installations.
