FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear and honest pricing with no hidden fees. Our service call fee is $89, which includes a full diagnostic and is applied toward any approved repair—so if you move forward with the repair, the $89 goes toward the total cost. We also offer free estimates for installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical Process for Working with a New Customer Initial Contact – Call, text, or book online. We gather basic info and schedule a convenient appointment. Service Call & Diagnosis – A technician arrives on time, performs a full diagnostic, and explains the issue. The $89 service fee covers this and is applied toward any approved repair. Upfront Quote – You’ll receive a clear estimate. If you approve it, we begin the repair immediately. If parts need to be ordered, we take a deposit to cover the parts and schedule a follow-up visit once they arrive. Repair & Testing – Once parts are in, we complete the repair, test the appliance, and ensure everything is working properly. Customer Satisfaction – We make sure you're 100% satisfied before we leave and are always available for follow-up questions. We’re here to make your appliance repair experience smooth, honest, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of highly trained technicians with years of hands-on experience in appliance repair. Each technician has completed certified technical training programs and continues to stay up to date with modern appliance technology and manufacturer guidelines. As the owner, I (Sam Saakyan) have over 10 years of experience in the appliance repair industry, including specialized training in refrigeration systems. I started my company after working as a technician myself, and I personally ensure that all our techs meet our high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. We believe ongoing learning is key to great service—our technicians regularly receive updates and training on the latest appliance models and repair techniques.
