Victoria is very personable and immediately made me feel at ease at our intake. She is the first person I have had cat sit for me since my kids went off to college so I was nervous to place our furry loved one in the hands of someone else. She was very thorough at the intake and proactively made sure she had all the proper information and means to take care of our cat day-to-day and in emergency situations. She is very adaptable to my scheduling needs. She sends updates everyday including pictures/videos to let me know how our cat is doing. I can tell our furry pet is comfortable as she greets Victoria at the door with meows and squeaks. I feel good knowing she is being cared for properly every day. I would highly recommend hiring Victoria for your pet sitting needs.

Victoria stayed at our house while we were out of town twice in the last year, and she took wonderful care of our pets. The cats, guinea pig, and bird were all very happy while we were gone, and Victoria sent us regular updates and pictures. She also took care of our many plants, got the mail, and brought in boxes that arrived. We’re very grateful we found Victoria here on Thumbtack and strongly recommend her!

Victoria is very responsible, prompt, knowledgeable, communicative and caring. She texts me pictures of my kitty cat daily and provides other updates as necessary. I’m completely worry free when I’m away. I would highly recommend Victoria.

We have had a multitude of experiences with pet sitters for our cats and Victoria is the best we have ever hired! Firstly she responded to my inquiry right away; her communication is above and beyond! A few days before we left for the weekend, Victoria came to our house to meet our cats (Volta and Otto), immediately interacting with them and giving Volta (our older, more standoffish cat) time to warm up to her. She was very thorough in her questions, making sure she had a firm understanding of all the cats' needs and routines and the quirks of the house. Then while we were away, she send us photos and updates each time she came to the house. It was really nice to have a pet sitter who has the patience to work with cats and understands that they need play time and interaction as well as food and litter cleaning. We will most definitely be hiring Victoria for our future pet/house sitting needs!
