- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday rates: - For a 2-person crew $135 per hour (cash rate) or $145 (card rate) - For a 3-person crew $185 per hour (cash rate) or $195 (card rate) - Each additional mover is $50. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rates: - For 2 person crew $155 per hour (cash rate) or $165 (card rate) - For 3 person crew $205 per hour (cash rate) or $215 (card rate) -No gas fee, No truck fee; - 3 hours minimum; - Time starts when movers arrive; - Time stops once the move is completed; - No extra charge if you move under 10 miles; - More than 10 miles time back applies; - Pro-rated into 15-minute increments. No additional fees or hidden fees. There is no fee for stairs, assembling, disassembling, wrapping, or long walking (long carry). Moving pads (blankets) to protect your furniture are always free for the move process. Recommendations: - studio / 1bdrm - 2 movers, (typically takes 3-5 hours)* - 2bdrm - 2 or 3 movers, (typically takes 4-6 hours)* - 3bdrm - 3 or 4 movers. (typically takes 7-9 hours)* Rate includes: - Experienced movers; - A 20ft, 22ft, or 26ft box truck depending on your convenience; - Quilted moving pads; - 3-4 wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes for free to use; - Unlimited Plastic wrap for free; - Tools for any disassemble and reassemble; - All moving equipment included; - We also provide protection for floors or shoe covers upon request. - Fully Licensed and insured. - We also do packing services. - We also do long-distance moving. - We also do the commercial moving. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way is to speak with our customers directly on the phone. Once on the phone we gather exactly what the customer needs, best contact information, and next steps in the moving process. We make sure the the customer is aware of exactly what our company does so we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure all our movers go to a 1-month movers training to handle furniture carefully and efficiently. Customer service is our number priority and we work hard to make sure our customers have a great experience. We give a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
