- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and competitive prices with no hidden fees. First-time customers get a discount. I always explain the cost before starting any work so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the problem and ask a few questions. Then I give a clear estimate and explain what needs to be done. If everything is agreed, I start the work—often on the same day. I always aim to finish quickly and do it right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a mechanical engineering degree, I’m EPA Universal certified, and I’ve completed OSHA 30 safety training. I also continue to learn and improve my skills every year.
