- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dear client, my hourly rate is $70.00 with a minimum contract of two hours. Given this, I am available for negotiations, depending on the complexity of the service to be performed. Furthermore, I offer a special benefit: when you refer my services to someone else, the new client receives a 5% discount on the hourly rate, and you will also receive the same discount on your next contract, valid for up to three months. In consideration of this, I am available for any questions and negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dear customer, I would like to explain the pricing structure for the electrical, repair and maintenance services that I offer. Pricing for the service is based on the following factors: Project complexity: This is related to the degree of difficulty and technical specificities. Materials used: This refers to high-quality tools and components. Execution time: This is related to the time required to perform the service accurately. Warranty and support: All services include a warranty and post-execution technical support. In view of this, I am available to clarify any questions and adjust the proposal as necessary, always aiming for the best cost-benefit for your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have solid experience in the electrical, repair and maintenance areas, supported by my technical and academic training. I have a degree in Mechatronics and Industrial Automation Technology, with a specialization in Instrumentation and Control. This training allows me to offer technical, advanced and effective solutions. That is, always aligned with the demands and standards of the sector, ensuring quality and safety in each service provided.
