- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial Contact I begin by discussing the customer’s needs over the phone, email, or in person. I ask questions to understand the scope of the project and any specific concerns they have. - On-Site Assessment If needed, I visit the property to evaluate the job in detail. This allows me to gather measurements, inspect the work area, and identify any potential challenges. - Estimate & Proposal Based on the assessment, I provide a clear estimate that outlines the labor, materials, and timeline. I ensure the customer understands the scope of work and any options available. - Approval & Scheduling Once the estimate is approved, I schedule the job at a time that’s convenient for the customer. I communicate any preparation steps they may need to take in advance. - Work Execution I arrive on time, with all the tools and materials needed, and complete the job efficiently and to a high standard. I maintain a clean workspace and address any questions during the process. - Final Walkthrough After finishing, I review the completed work with the customer, ensure it meets their expectations, and provide tips for maintenance or upkeep, if applicable. - Follow-Up I check in after the job to confirm everything is satisfactory and offer support if any issues arise. This process is designed to deliver reliable service and build trust with each new customer.
