Our technician will provide a free estimate once the problem has been inspected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer provides a brief description of the repair needed or type of new door they would like quoted. Once we have all the necessary information, we will provide a few appointment options. Once an appointment is made, our technician will arrive to the home. Once a 26-point inspection has been made, the homeowner will be given a free estimate and explanation of the seen problem areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician must pass a 9-week course that includes classroom education, real-life training on a life size garage door and actual field training and onsite repairs.
