The team were amazing to work with and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and what I can do to make sure the ducts and vents stay clean. They took time to point things out that felt above and beyond. I left four stars only because they arrived nearly an hour after the agreed upon window, but I will definitely use them again. Pricing was fair and clear.

Punctual, professional and thorough. I hired Bay Services to clean my dryer vent and air vents and I am very satisfied with the result. The fact that they put in the effort to climb to the roof of my two story home and clear the lint from the dryer vent when they could have easily shown pictures from our laundry room at the lower level as evidence of the work done, shows the pride they take in the work they do.
