- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing policy is transparent and depends on the volume and complexity of the work. I always discuss the cost with the client in advance to avoid surprises. Sometimes I can offer discounts for large projects or regular clients. It is also important to consider additional costs for materials if they are not included in the price of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client begins with a discussion of their needs and expectations. I listen carefully and ask questions to understand the details of the project. Then I propose suitable options and discuss budget and timeline. We agree on an action plan, after which I begin work, regularly updating the client on progress. My goal is to make the process as transparent and comfortable for the client as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience and knowledge in repair and installation of various structures, as well as practical training in painting, flooring and door installation. I constantly learn new techniques and follow quality standards to provide my clients with the best service and long-lasting results.
