Our company is transparent when it comes to our pricing. Prices are final. Never any hidden fees. Never extra charges or uncomfortable up-sells upon arrival, guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make scheduling easy for our customers. They can either call or text us, and we ensure to address all questions and concerns promptly. Additionally, we provide reminders a day before the scheduled appointment and notify the client when our technician is en route.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry. All of our technicians are IICRC certified and undergo training before heading to a job
