We recently remodeled our entire bathroom with Sky Home Builders. We had a great experience with Linda. She’s a total pro. There’s no detail too small for her. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned. Amazing customer service. The crew was professional and efficient. We even added a few smaller house projects and somehow they fit it all in. Great work. Great experience. I highly recommend them :)

I hired Sky home builders for the remodel of my kitchen this summer. Geri and his team went out of their way to help me find the best materials and get a good price. From the outset they were the most professional of all contractors that I contacted responding quickly and providing a 3D visualization with the estimate. The team were courteous, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were responsive to my requests and worked around my schedule. I would highly recommend Sky home builders for your next remodel.

I am delighted with my "new" bathroom. This was a tacky, 20 year old bathroom with a tub and 4 by 4 tile. Sky Home Builders and Johnny - the owner- have totally remodeled it to be a beautiful, modern and airy bathroom with lots of light. Johnny "listened" closely to what I wanted to accomplish and made some very valuable suggestions on what kind of tile, color and shape to use, especially so the bathroom meshes in with the style of the rest of the Eichler house. He was very particular about small details and touches. I have posted some pics...the penny tile on the shower floor and hexagon tile on the bathroom floor together with the charcoal grout all make the bathroom blend in with the simple, clean and minimalistic aesthetic of the rest of the house, a perspective I had not thought of. The Sky Home crew is polite, clean and very good at their job especially their tiling crew. I had shown them pictures of luxurious, high end bathrooms from Houzz and Roberto, the chief tile expert, laid out the tiles in a beautiful design and size so the overall effect is very high end. The sliding glass door is beautiful but was not easy to install....they did this perfectly so it glides smoothly and looks great too. It mattered to me that Johnny treats his crew very well, so they were a happy crew and I enjoyed that "happy" energy! I am happy with the end result and the choice of Sky Home Builders, and would definitely use them again.

After speaking with 9 different general contractors, I chose to do my San Francisco condo renovation project with Sky home builders. Reason: good market reputation, reasonable quotes and earliest to start and finish dates. The renovation included full kitchen (cabinets, sink, faucets, gas range, microwave, exhaust, backsplash), full bathroom (flooring, vanity, backsplash, toilet, tub to walk-in shower, shower backsplash) a new closet in the living area, flooring and full paint update including building and city permits. I’d highly recommend to work directly with Johnny Ohana who leads the contractor teams. Always ask for his main man Benito who can deal with any kind of construction and installation without any problems. What I liked about Sky home builders: - Responsive customer service and attention to detail - Friendly response to last minute changes - Worked even on weekends to finish project in time - Extended installation/small fixes post project completion - Easy payment options
