- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide the best price for parts and for labor in regard to opportunities to get prices like a wholecostumer from parts shops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to make a diagnostic first. We are setting up the time and date for the diagnostic. Then I can give my recommendations and give an estimate for repair: parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a diploma Engineer. I got additional education for special equipment.
