- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at bay Master Appliance Services LLC are very transparent about prices. We charge only $49 for coming out to your place to diagnose the issue with your appliance and provide you with a repair cost estimate. We have discounts available which may vary from time to time and is offered in final cost estimate all the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk our new customers through the process and educate them in the early stage what to expect. We provide information about service call fee, cost estimation, parts need for repair, mark ups, sales tax, discounts, warranty service and parts and time need to repair their appliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are educated and certified. The owner of the company has more than 10 year experience in appliances repair and serves all brands. He is a certified electrician from a third country and has hands in HVAC.
