Hi my name is Simone! I am a personal trainer and yoga instructor based in Santa Barbara. I love all things fitness and wellness, and am passionate about helping people make exercise a accessible part of their daily lives. I love to get creative with outdoor workouts using body weight, and limited props such as dumbbells and resistance bands. I have worked with a diverse range of people with differing goals, fitness levels, and experience with exercise. I take a one of approach, customizing the exercise regime to the individual. I am also a certified yoga instructor, and love incorporating stretching and mobility work into a strength/cardio routine to keep you balanced and prevent injury.
