- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work by the job in most cases. Time and Material pricing is offered in some cases. $225 minimum per job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years combined experience in the trades, including electrical, plumbing, property maintenence/renovation, roofwork/waterproofing, basic carpentry, welding experience. Previously employed for several property management companies and hotels.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a small group of skilled tradesman and handymen that can help you with small to medium sized construction projects
