Vlad confirmed we had an appointment; he didn't show, never heard from him. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Edit: Contacted me to say Thumbtack never notified him when I sent my address during our conversation, so he just assumed I cancelled. No idea of the quality of the work. He offered to do it at a discount, but I had already decided/started the work myself instead.
