I had a cell fone that went dead and wouldn't hold a charge. I thought I had lost all my pictures and fone nmbrs that I had on there and hadn't stored them yet. Jahan checked and said the battery was good but it was with the connection. said it would be about 5 days to repair but it had it done in 2 days. very happoy to bhave everything back. lesson learned, store everything you want to keep.
