I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jahan. I had a cell fone that went dead and wouldn't hold a charge. I thought I had lost all my pictures and fone nmbrs that I had on there and hadn't stored them yet. Jahan checked and said the battery was good but it was with the connection. said it would be about 5 days to repair but it had it done in 2 days. very happoy to bhave everything back. lesson learned, store everything you want to keep.

Clearly knowledgeable and great communication, although my device was ultimately not worth repairing, he clearly identified and communicated the issues and ultimately didn't charge me since my device is not repaired. Very friendly and professional, will return the next time I need a device repaired.
