- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we have a four hour minimum. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To reserve the vehicle, we need your full name, email and cell phone number. We also need the pickup and destination addresses. After a confirmation is made, a deposit of 20% is required to hold the vehicle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a university graduate with a degree in Corporate Finance and international business. I have a class B passenger endorsement and air brakes licensing with the state of California. Since 2018, I've been running Want Limo.
