FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a tiered type of pricing system. Basically, the industry uses and trip fee and per notarization fee. We prefer to offer flat rates based on the level of service the client will need. We offer a premium service where the signer does not need to do anything except be present to sign with a valid ID....we take care of the coordination of acquiring the documents, all communication with the agents during the signing, printing docs, time, travel, the notarizations, shipping and/or courier services. Some of our clients prefer to handle more on their own, so we adjust our fees to the service that is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always treat the customer the way that we want to be treated. First we access the situation, ensuring that they indeed need our assistance. It is important to determine the type of transaction and the type of document. Secondly, we want to make sure that we are in agreement of the number of notarized signatures. Lastly, we agree on the fee for service and will have our notary meet the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone! If you are in a car accident, you will need a notary for settlement. If your child is traveling with only one parent, you need a notary. If you are buying/selling a home, you need a notary. If you are going to school abroad, or coming to the US to study. If you, a friend, or a family member are in declining health, you need a notary. There are a plethora of documents, POAs, Living Trusts, school, hospital, DMV documents, health care directives, Travel documents, Guardianship documents, real estate deeds, etc. that are needed in often unexpected moments in life.
