We have had Nicolet Construction do several projects at our home over the past three years and have been extremely satisfied with all of the results. Giovann constructed a new 4-car garage shop with loft to match our existing home. This included the site preparation, forms, foundation and slab pours, framing and everything else including the roofing and finish/trim work. Giovann also poured several yards of concrete for our driveway and for a terraced exposed aggregate patio/deck by our pool; he designed and constructed a gazebo in the back yard, and a "tool shed" for the garden: created a custom fireplace mantle; and finished some interior trim work that we had not been able to get done. Giovann is not satisfied with "good enough" and takes pride in every project that he has done for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicolet Construction for any project you might have. You will not be disappointed!

We contacted Nicolet Construction for a quote to modify an existing sidewalk area to add a drive ramp for a roll-up door to our warehouse. Not only did Giovann respond the same day to schedule a site visit, he provided a very competitive estimate for the work the next day, started demolition that same week and completed the work in 3 days with absolutely no disruption to our business. This project included breaking out about 20' of the old sidewalk (6"-8" thick), hauling away the concrete, setting forms and a new drain clean-out box, and re-pouring the sidewalk with drive ramp for our forklifts to access our fab shop. The new sidewalk looks better than what it replaced, and there was no mess left over for us to deal with. Nicolet Construction did a great job for us and we are very pleased with the results. We recommend Giovann highly.

I used Nicolet Construction to convert a loft area into a bedroom. I am a very detail oriented person. I pay close attention to the little things. When I went to look at the work done by Nicolet Construction compared to the original construction, it wasnt the same. IT WAS BETTER!!! My wife and I were very happy with the work. Giovann is very polite, knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend Nicolet Construction to anyone. Two thumbs up.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
More or less i was born into the industry. My father also a contractor brought me along at a very young age, where i got to help out with a multitude of trades throughout many years. It only seemed natural to pursue this line of work after gaining so much knowledge.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Tenant improvements, room additions, garages, interior trim, drywall repair, laminate cabinets, exterior facelifts, framing, window retrofit, cabinet installation, flooring, fencing, emergency services, just to name a few.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your hiring someone licensed and insured. Also check the name of the company online you'd be suprised what you can find good or bad.
