I had never used an app like Thumbtack before, but as a commercial & residential property manager I decided to give it a try. So Azat was the first contractor I met from Thumbtack! He showed up on time to give me a quote to replace and install a door and new locks, as well as touch up painting our other doors for our commercial property. He found the perfect door for us super fast so we quickly hired him and he finished the project the next day. I attached pics of our new door for our property’s warehouse. It’s a steel door, which I think was a great recommendation. It’s airtight which was important for us too. Good communication, prompt responses & kindness (which is a core value for us as a family). Overall, I’m happy with the outcome, but most importantly, I know our tenants will be too!
