- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable I always give discounts to new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always give a rough estimate over the phone once the customer explained me what needs to be done, after that we schedule an appointment for same day or future day and I make sure to confirm appointment over text or Email just so there is not miscommunication. We always communicate with the customer once we inspect project in person what are the steps that we need to do and how long it will take to complete project. Any changes are always discussed and agreed with customer before implementing them. Once project is completed we clean up and leave area as clean or better as we found it, we show customer what it was done, answer any questions and make sure customer is satisfied with the project 100%
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction business for over 10 years and I’m constantly reading about new technology to keep up with new construction codes and to better serve the customers.
