Our problem was diagnosed quickly. Parts were ordered. By the following week our fridge had new parts. Even though this repair due to ice build up and motor overwear was expensive, we have been told that we should now be good for several years. This Samsung that is just out of warranty is disappointing. SoCal Appliance helped us get through the problems.

I was very pleased with my repair person Beck. He was very easy to talk to. He worked hard to make sure all was well before he left. I'm unsure about the value. I did not get other quotes but I feel I was given a fair price for the amount of work done. I will highly recommend So Cal Appliance and would use them in the future if necessary. I requested same day service for my gas dryer installation. Quick response and they were able to come within 2 hours. Bek arrived on time. Took off shoes inside house and was very courteous. He double-checked his own work to make sure it was done correctly. I would use this company again.
