Alex was very proactive in reaching out to me after my hot water tank failed the day before. He gave an honest assessment and explained that a few of the installations items of my existing tank were not correct and that he would correct them with the install. I had four contractors quote me and while propel didn’t come in the lowest, I felt their service was worth the difference. Alex worked to late on a Sunday evening to complete the job thoroughly and as promised. I would use them again in the event that I have any plumbing issue to sort out. Great honest and thorough service. Thank you.

Alex and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish. They were incredibly thorough and professional. After considering bids from a few other contractors, I chose Alex and his team during their onsite estimate because they clearly stood out. Their pricing was very competitive, and they took the time to explain every step needed to complete the job. It was evident that they knew exactly what they were doing and had a clear plan in place. Although the project took a few hours longer than initially expected, the results were flawless. They even went above and beyond by fixing some additional issues in a different part of the house. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be booking them again in the future.
