What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tried to publish figures to open a window into cost. However, prices are dictated by type of service, location, difficultly, client needs like timeframes, particular instructions and etc. Prices are not final and negotiable. REO, Repossession/Eviction clean up minimum fees published.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding their fundamental needs. From there we establish what we can and can’t do for them.
