- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Unlike others who may quote low prices only to add unexpected costs later, we provide honest, transparent pricing with no surprises. We understand the challenges that can arise during a job, and our pricing reflects that expertise. If a job takes longer than expected, you won’t pay extra. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimating electrical work without seeing the project can be challenging. That’s why we typically send one of our licensed electricians to assess the job in person. After evaluating the work needed, we provide you with a precise, upfront price for any upgrades, repairs, or troubleshooting services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are background-checked, drug-tested, highly trained, and experienced. Most of them participate in continuing education and trade-related courses to stay up to date with industry advancements. GR PRO ELECTRIC INC is licensed as a C10 electrical contractor.
