- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on your energy usage and desired offset. We will create a custom quote to meet your needs and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to setup a virtual zoom meeting that typically lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. We can visit your home if preferred. Prior to the meeting we will request a copy of your electric bill in order to generate an accurate proposal for your review. We will then propose a few energy solutions to meet your needs (including solar, battery storage and EV charging options if needed). If you decide to move forward, we will then schedule a site visit to come out to your home for measurement and to review your electrical panel to ensure it is suited for the proposed system size. From there we will begin the process of finalizing your design, collecting necessary permits and scheduling your installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Solar consultants have been working with us for 5+ years. They are all licensed for in-home sales and have gone through extensive training. All of our electricians certified and installation teams are in-house.
