- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that these are challenging times for all of us and that every cent counts. As a new entrepreneur, my goal is to support our community while growing my business and providing for my family. I believe my fees are reasonable, and I offer professional services that aim to earn your trust and meet your expectations. I am dedicated to my work, and I take pride in assisting you with your notary needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first arrive at your home or preferred location, I will introduce myself and present my identification. I want you to know that I am the notary public you hired and that you can trust with your family and documents. As we move forward with the notarization appointment, I will review your identification and all necessary documents to ensure everything is complete. After that, we will proceed with the notarization process for your documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully trained and certified by the National Notary Association. I pay close attention to detail and excel in customer service. I have a diverse background in management and customer service across various fields, including restaurants, hotels, security services, and currently, health services in Contra Costa County.
