Jaron helped fix our bathroom switches. He climbed up into the attic to inspect the wiring and was great about explaining what was going on. He left giving us peace of mind and did the job for a reasonable price. We will be hiring him again for future jobs.

Rack City Electric Inc. I recently decided to have my home’s electrical system upgraded to current code requirements, and after receiving three bids I decided to go with, Jaron Batteux’s Rock City Electric. My reasons for going with Jaron are twofold. First, Jaron’s bid was not only surprisingly competitive its presentation was far more specific in detailing every step to be completed to see the job was done correctly and on time. And second, that same attention to detail that was demonstrated in his bid could be seen in the way he kept his equipment, his van, electrical stock, and tools were stored neatly, professionally. Clearly, I chose the right company to bring my home up to current electrical codes. If you’re in need of Pro Electrician with attention to detail who will give you a very competitive bid contact Jaron Batteux. Louis Pimentel Orinda Jaron Batteux Rack City Electric Inc. I lost power to half of my house due to an electrical issue. Jaron was able to come out the next day. He isolated the problem and scheduled the work two days later. He finished the project within the quoted price on a holiday. He did quality work in a professional manner. I would use Rack City Electric again.

Jaron did a great job replacing and upgrading wiring and connectors to our oven / range outlet. He quickly diagnosed the issue and finished the entire job in under 2 hours. Turnaround was under 1 day from initial contact to project completion. Jaron was very transparent as he diagnosed the issue, and focused on only the required work, while educating me in the process. While not cheap, I do think his pricing fairly reflects the quality of his work as a certified and experienced electrical professional. I will be calling Jaron back as I have additional electrical needs.

If I could give Jaron and his company 6 stars, I would. From the day he showed up to evaluate the work site, to the estimate, to his availability and time for completion, Jaron's professionalism, cost, and quality of his work is the picture of professionalism. My contractor who did all the internal wiring for my ADU skipped town. There are not many contractors that are willing to finish a job another person has started. After evaluating the situation, Jaron accepted the job. He saved me! He shows up totally prepared with equipment suited for anything that can possibly come up. He even returned to meet with the inspector to ensure a passing grade, which of course, we received. Jaron's company, Rack City Electric is without a doubt my go electrician! California licensed and professional. I give him my highest recommendation. You wont be disappointed! Pictures forthcoming...

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 25 years of experience in the electrical field. I addended a 5 year apprenticeship course and graduated. I am OSHA10 and OSHA30 certified, authorized SPAN installer, and California state Certified General Electrician through the DIR.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in the industry through a friend and just fell in love with the work that I do and the people I work with.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I cannot stress enough how important it is to hire a professional electrician who has the knowledge and experience to do an electrical job right. In order to accomplish this and protect the electrical worker from the hazards of performing an electrical job, it does cost money. Sometimes people are surprised at the cost of an electrical project but I always charge a fair and comparable amount. If you go cheap when it comes to electrical work, you will get what you pay for. To avoid problems in the long run, hire an electrical worker who knows what they are doing and who charges a fair (not cheap) price.
