- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a diagnostic fee of $49, which will be deducted from the total price of the repair if you choose to proceed with the service. Additionally, we offer discounts for seniors to ensure affordable and high-quality service for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technician visits your location, performs a diagnostic to identify the issue, and determines the necessary repair. Afterward, we provide a detailed quote including the cost of labor and parts. We can also send an invoice to you or your landlord if needed. Payment can be made for the diagnostic via cash, check, credit card, or Zelle, as well as for the cost of parts (if ordered), or the full repair service if the repair is completed on the spot. Additionally, we offer a minimum 3-month warranty on our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Our lead technician, who is also our director, has over 25 years of experience. Additionally, all of our technicians regularly participate in training to stay up to date with the latest technology and repair techniques, ensuring we provide the highest quality service to our customers.
