Thumbtack put Frankie and I in touch for a few furniture assembly project. Frankie was great communicator providing a competitive quote and was flexible in accommodating me on a short notice. Frankie and Derrick spent 4-5 hours assembling complex furniture items and one of the pieces was super complex with missing nuts & bolts. Frankie stayed till 11 PM to make that assembly and kept his word. Both of them did not eat dinner but stayed committed to finishing our project. I have never seen such a dedicated and honest crew. Frankie also took care of all the cardboard boxes & packaging material that would’ve taken months to recycle in our one recycling bin. He took care of it with additional albeit very reasonable price & it was last minute request from us. Actually, I learned lessons of calmness and professionalism from Frankie. Hardly you come across such well behaved and courteous people! I will definitely use his services again.
