I had a pretty basic electric problem. Called rocky hill. They had somebody out the next morning and even agreed to not charge me for the visit given the details of the situation. If I need an electrician again it will absolutely be Rocky Hill. Amazing experience.

This review comes from a highly satisfied customer. Communication to set up my appointment was warm and welcoming. The scheduling was flexible, and I received a text reminder the day before. The electrician was on time and friendly, making quick work of a couple different jobs. The work performed looked great, and there was attention paid to cleanliness. There were many seamless options for payment, and I received a follow up phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the work. All in all, I haven't experienced this level of professionalism from anyone in a long time, and I surely will be using Rocky Hill Electric in the future.

We have had several informative consultations at our house with Neyko and the owner, Ben Ielmorini, from Rocky Hill Electric regarding our current energy situation. We've been thinking about upgrading our electrical system, and although we haven't come to any firm conclusion yet, our discussions with them regarding various technical issues have been very helpful.

Ben came to repair an outlet by the pool. He was on time, very personable and knowledgeable. After he replaced the outlet, I mentioned my dryer was not heating up since work had been begun but not finished to set up back up solar power. I had already had an appliance repairman here but he hadn't been able to fix the problem. Ben found and fixed it immediately. He's my hero. I will use Rocky Hill Electric any time I need an electrician.

We gave Ben and his crew a long, odd list of electrical tasks and problems to troubleshoot. Im happy to report that they absolutely exceeded our expectations in every regard. All three of them were knowledgeable, efficient, clean and considerate. A true pleasure to behold!At long last we have found our electrician!
