- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all listed on our website. We charge per room for residential and per square foot for commercial with a minimum fee for service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to get your carpets cleaned, so there is very little you need to do in preparation for our visit. We request only that any fragile or valuable items are removed from the areas being cleaned. When We Arrive We: Perform a pre-inspection of each room or item to be cleaned and note stains, odors, particularly soiled areas or noticeable traffic patterns. Discuss with you our cleaning method and answer any questions you may have. Remove furniture from room to be cleaned (not including very large items, such as beds, pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires, etc.). Pre-spray with all natural detergents to ensure the most effective treatment and thorough cleaning. Agitate and clean the entire area to thoroughly deep clean carpet - feel free to watch if you please! Perform a final grooming (optional.) Return furniture to its original location if possible - some pieces are best left off of the carpet while it is drying. Once all rooms, area rugs and/or upholstery have been cleaned, we will conduct a final inspection with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our service.

As Business owners and staff, we spend many hours studying the best equipment, green products and advanced methods that lead to the best possible result in our industry. Add to that many years of experience working the the field dealing with hundreds of different conditions and customer needs.
