Carpets look good and service was super fast! We had one decent-sized carpeted living room and a carpeted hallway and Juan was done in 45 minutes. Unfortunately he was about an hour late getting to our house and didn’t message me about how he was running late, then he called to ask me where to park (we live in a busy part of San Francisco) which delayed him even further. I had planned my day around the time he was dropping by and was disappointed by the lack of professional communication. Luckily it all worked out and the carpets are dramatically cleaner, so net net it’s all good and we were pleased with the work.
