FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally it's between 100-120 to come out depending on the situation . Bee and pigeon estimates are free. Usually the rodent jobs will stay in the general 100-250 total for inspection and repairs unless it's a severe problem. It all depends on difficulty and severity of repairs . With dead or live animal removals it's between 100-250 depending on level of difficulty . Trapping animals is usually 120$ to set up traps and then 60$ when ever an animal Is trapped and removed . All prices are low compared to industry standards , but if you find a lower price I'll beat it. The only problem is the free rodent inspections because usually they say that the inspection is free but end up marking up the repairs 300% to make up for the free inspection .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I'll find out when is a time that is convenient for both of us , I'll get out to the residence , listen to what the customer had to say then go about solving their problem . I do this all the time do I have insight into what to look for in regards to each different situation and how to handle it .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm educated in animal behavior and I've studied the department of wildlife codes and regulations so I know exactly how to deal with animals in a safe and humane way to both the customer and the animal .
