Claudio communicated everything before starting the cleaning. He informed me of areas that may not give the desired results, but he did a fantastic job of cleaning the rooms and hallway, the stairs were very problematic and he made them look a great deal better. He gave a very fair and reasonable price which helped a lot since we were moving into a new place and funds were tight.

Booked EcobayPRO on Friday and they were able to come the following Monday. Really appreciated their quick communication over text. My place is spotless. I hadn't had a professional cleaning for over a year and am very happy with the results. My shower and all appliances are spotless. I have a studio apartment and they cleaned it all in an hour and a half. Quick and efficient team. Will be hiring them again in the future!

Claudio and his team did a truly incredible job - a VERY deep apartment clean!! Like some other reviewers, I wish I took some before photos of my oven, kitchen sink, bathtub, etc, as the improvement is WILD! I really had no idea my old SF apartment could look like this. You could eat off every surface in here. I really appreciated the level of detail in getting the sometimes missed areas like windowsills and behind the sink, etc, and just generally appreciated the friendliness and level of care. Will 100% book a more regular cleaning and will be recommending to friends/family in the area.
