I coach the average joe to become the strongest version of themselves. I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years in commercial gyms but before I became a trainer I spent most of my time playing sports. My main focus is to teach and educate with my experiences, science, and evidence-based training. I help unlock my client's true potential showing how to create healthy habits and a safe way to progress to there goals. Before we can talk about training I take every single person through a brief consultation so that I can learn more about them as a person, their lifestyle and habits, health history, and fitness experience. Then I conduct a movement assessment to learn about any movement restrictions or limitations and current fitness levels. All this information is used to create a full program tailored specifically to the needs of the client along with what to expect with each phase of training. Cam has trained me for multiple years, employing his knowledge and experience to help me achieve my fitness goals. He has not only spent time with me in the gym to help me become explosive and strong enough to play basketball at a high level, but has also taught me about nutrition, recovery, and general fitness. He is also an all-around great guy; he is understanding and always tells me about any opportunities out there that will help me achieve my goals.

My experience with Cam has been great he created a plan that was simple that was easy to do. Before I thought I knew what I was doing when I was working out by myself. When I started training with Cam I saw a lot of improvement and my lifts were a lot better when I was working out by myself. Cam gave me confidence when I didn’t think I could lift heavier and push me to do better. I highly recommend Cam to anyone that was do better in there workouts

Cam encouraged me to do my first powerlifting meet. I was nervous to stray away from what I knew from bodybuilding and quite frankly just didn’t think I could compete with other women I know to be much stronger. He is absolutely a trustworthy person and amazing and knowledgeable coach that got me progressively stronger to points I didn’t think I was capable of doing. Cam is great at what he does. I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about making real progress in their training. Not only will he listen and work with you on your goals, he’ll also identify any weaknesses or imbalances that you might have to ensure you’re strengthening your body holistically. I’ve been working out with him for close to a year now and we’ve been able to increase my overall weight by 15%. It’s been a hell of a ride and a fun time at the gym.

I started working with Cameron about two years ago, primarily to gain strength and break through a plateau I was stuck at (Squat/Deadlift/Benchpress 185/265/165). I had worked with other trainers in the past and never really saw any results. After working with Cam for about a year my numbers were up to Squat/Deadlift/Benchpress 345/405/250. He is thorough in specializing his programs meet my specific needs and help me overcome my weaknesses. Overall I feel much stronger and healthier.
