- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the 60 minute consultation to discuss what areas of your body you'd like to change. Then, I develop a plan to get you to help you achieve your goals. This will determine the amount of sessions you will need monthly and weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA from San Francisco State and over 10 personal training certifications including: NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer Pre/Post Natal Certification CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrition Specialist Zumba instructor Certified
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My calling in life is to help others take control of their diet and exercise habits. It's my mission to fight against the climbing obesity rates in America by encouraging people of all ages to start with small steps towards a healthy life!
